Dignity / Twin Cities is a chapter of Dignity USA.  Dignity USA www.dignityusa.org  provides an organization which links Dignity chapters nationally.  Dignity USA works to change Roman Catholic teaching on sexual ethics, in favor of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Catholics, at the national and international level.
